Gateway Holdings LLC was established in 1997 after the culmination of 25 plus years of commercial real estate ownership in the Piedmont Triad, with over 8 million square feet of commercial development to its credit through predecessor companies.
The company's focus is industrial "for lease" facilities, climate controlled self storage facilities and anchored retail centers. To date, Gateway Holdings LLC has developed in excess of three million square feet of distribution and light manufacturing space and climate controlled self storage in the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina. Gateway Holdings LLC manages its own portfolio.
Gateway Holdings LLC offers value based commercial real estate services such as flexible tenant oriented leases, build to suit and lease/purchase development and third-party asset management. Gateway Holdings LLC also offers construction and land development management consultation services as well as assisting its customers with the procurement of project financing.
